Attorney at Law

Ben Cramer is a tax attorney who focuses his practice on helping businesses, business owners, and individuals resolve tax disputes, navigate business concerns, and structure their financial lives to avoid problems and maximize tax benefits. 

Prior to starting Cramer Legal, Ben worked as an associate in the business litigation practice group of a large law firm's Cincinnati office where he focused on appellate litigation, government law, and business disputes.

After graduating law school, Ben spent a year clerking for a federal trial judge in Washington, DC, and two years as a law clerk for a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Ben previously taught appellate practice as an adjunct assistant professor of law and is admitted to practice law in Ohio and the District of Columbia.

Ben is a former chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Taxation Law Committee, chair of the planning committee for the Southwestern Ohio Tax Institute, and he previously served as chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm Practitioner's Committee. 

Ben lives in the Cincinnati, Ohio suburb of Anderson Township with his wife and two sons.
